Terms — Warsaw Speed Friending

These terms explain the basic rules for using the Warsaw Speed Friending website, joining the waitlist, and attending our events.

1. Who we are

Warsaw Speed Friending is run by Andrea Serri, an individual based in Warsaw, Poland. We organize in-person social events for people who want to make new friends.

2. Website use

You may use this website to learn about Warsaw Speed Friending and join the waitlist. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fake details, or attempt to access systems you are not allowed to access.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place at any event. Seats may be limited, and invitations may be sent based on event capacity, language, format, or operational needs.

4. Events

Event details, including date, time, venue, price, and format, will be shared before registration. You are responsible for checking the details before attending.

We may refuse admission or remove anyone from an event if their behaviour is unsafe, disrespectful, disruptive, aggressive, or against the Code of Conduct.

5. Not a dating service

Warsaw Speed Friending is designed for friendship and social connection. It is not a dating service, matchmaking service, or professional networking service.

6. No guarantee of outcome

We design the format to make meeting people easier, but we cannot guarantee that you will make friends, receive matches, or build specific relationships.

7. Safety and personal responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, belongings, travel, communication, and personal boundaries before, during, and after events.

If someone makes you uncomfortable during an event, tell the host as soon as possible.

8. Photos and media

If photos or videos are taken at an event, we will make reasonable efforts to inform attendees. If you do not want to appear in photos or videos, tell the host.

9. Payments and refunds

If an event is paid, the ticket price, payment method, refund rules, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase or registration.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
